    Preparation

    If the test was stored in the refrigerator, allow all materials (including the test cassette and buffer) to reach room temperature (15–25°C / 59–77°F) before testing.

    Prepare a clean and flat working surface.

    Have all materials ready before starting the test.

    Take out the test card from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.

    Use the provided lancet to gently prick the dog's ear, paw or inside of the mouth.

    Use Pipette to collect whole blood (fresh or stored at 2–8°C for use within 3 days).

    Mix the Sample

    Drop 1 drop into a vial of assay buffer and mix well.

    Add 4 drops of the diluted sample into each sample hole of the test.

    Wait 5–10 minutes before reading the result. Do not interpret results after 10 minutes, as they are considered invalid.

    Both the C band and the T band are visible, regardless of whether the T band is strong or faint.

    Only a clear C band is visible.

    No colored C band appears, regardless of whether the T band is visible.

    A retest is recommended.
