Wash your hands in warm water and massage your hand to increse blood flow. Dry your hands.

Shake your hands to get the blood flowing.

Put the lancet diagonally toward the test finger (the side of the ring finger is recommended) and press down the button.

Make sure the lancet is pressed against the finger the whole time.

Carefully massage the finger.

It is important that the massage is done from the palm of the hand to the finger, to improve blood flow.

Take the pipette without pressing the bulb. The blood will enter the pipette by capillarity.

Move the pipette away when the black line is reached. If there is not enough blood, continue to massage the finger until the black line is reached.

Apply the blood sample onto the test hole and wait 2 minutes before turning the test kit over.

DO NOT turn the test kit before 2 minutes.

Turn over the test kit after 2 minutes and find the closest matching colour for the result within 30 seconds.

The test result MUST be read within 2 minutes and 30 seconds of applying the blood sample.
