Register Test-ID

Before you start, you need to register your test-ID. Your test kit contains a sticker with your unique test-ID. If you need help creating an account, you can check our guide.

Note: DHEA Test Schedule: Tube 1 / Red Lid: as soon as you wake up Tube 2 / White Lid: 30 min after you wake up

Rinse Your Mouth With Water

Rinse your mouth with water. Spit and wait for 30 minutes until you have saliva in your mouth again.

Fill The Red Tube With The First Saliva

Fill the tube that has a red lid with the first saliva immediately when you wake up in the morning. The tube must be half filled with saliva and without bubbles.

Fill The White Tube After 30 Minutes

Fill the tube that has a white lid with saliva 30 min after the first test, ie. the first tube with the red lid. The tube must be half filled with saliva without bubbles.

Put Tubes In The Transport Tube

Put both tubes in the transport tube and attach your unique test-ID on it.

Sending Sample

Put the foil pouch in the envelope and send it.

Note: Send your sample at the beginning of the week (preferably Monday or Tuesday) to avoid delays. Keep the sample refrigerated until sending.

How To Send Your Sample

Wait 10-15 Business Days For Results

Results are usually available 10–15 business days after we receive your sample.

As soon as your results are ready, we'll notify you by email and text message. Your results will then be available to view in your my.gettested.io account.
