Collect morning urine in the provided cup.

Use the midstream urine, the first and the last part of the urine are not to be collected.

The urine is obtained during mid stream urination without interruption by holding the urine container in the urine stream.

The container should be filled about halfway.

Now take the yellow urine tube. Remove the cap.

Attach the yellow straw to the urine tube.

Dip the tip into the urine and pull the plunger until the tube is filled completely.

Remove the straw and close the tube again with the provided cap.

Break off the plunger so that no part of it sticks out anymore.

Dispose the broken plunger, straw and the urine cup in your household waste.

Place the sticker with your unique test ID onto the sample urine tube.

Put the tube or tubes in the pre-stamped envelope.

Results are usually available 10–15 business days after we receive your sample.

As soon as your results are ready, we'll notify you by email and text message. Your results will then be available to view in your my.gettested.io account.
