    Collect part of the urine in the supplied plastic cup or using a clean cup.

    Open the foil pouch and take out the test strip.

    Dip the strip in urine for one second.

    Tap off excess.

    Wait for 30-60 seconds.

    Compare the colors on the strip to the color chart.
