    Drip Blood In Test Tube

Drip the blood into the test tube. Standing up will help. It is very important that you fill the tube to the upper line, otherwise the lab will not be able to complete the test and you will need to send in a new one.

Note: Be careful not to tilt or lay the tube on the side as most blood tubes already have liquid in them which helps preserve the sample and is necessary for analysis.
