Positive results
Find result window and look carefully for two lines.
If you see both the Control (C) line and the Test (T) line, this means IgG and/or IgM antibodies against Mycoplasma pneumoniae are detected.
Since the color intensity of the test may vary depending on the amount of antibodies in the sample, even faint color shades in the test line area should be considered a positive result.
IgM positive:
May indicate an early or active infection. Contact a doctor if you have symptoms.
IgG positive:
May indicate a past or ongoing infection. Contact a doctor if you have symptoms.

Negative results
Find result window and look for a single line in window.
If only the Control (C) line is present, this means Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibodies are not detected.

Invalid results
Test did not work.
Find the result window. If NO Control (C) line is present, the test did not work and is considered Invalid.
This may be the result of an incorrect test procedure and the test should be repeated.
